1. Research use only

Nothing on this site is medical advice. No statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

You agree that you will not use, resell, repackage or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, and that you are solely responsible for handling, storage, and disposal in line with the safety practices applicable to your laboratory. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you receive and use the product.

2. Who may order

By placing an order you confirm that you:

• are at least 18 years old;
• are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are ordering on behalf of a research institution or business;
• are ordering for legitimate research purposes; and
• have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organisation you are ordering for.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may decline to supply any person or address, at our discretion.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting the checkout form places an enquiry, not an order. It is an invitation for us to quote — not a binding contract, and not a payment. We will reply with a confirmed quote covering availability, final price and payment arrangements.

A contract is formed only when you accept that quote and we confirm the order in writing. Until then either side may walk away with no obligation.

Stock levels shown on the site are indicative. Where an item is unavailable we may supply it on backorder and will tell you the expected timescale, or cancel that line and tell you.

4. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties, which are shown separately. Bulk discounts apply per line item at the quantity thresholds displayed on each product page.

Prices displayed on the site are indicative. The binding figure is the one in the quote we send you in reply to your enquiry.

We correct pricing errors. Where a price was obviously wrong, we will contact you before proceeding rather than fulfil or cancel unilaterally.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales and shipping rates are set out in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms. Timescales are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by a carrier, weather, or customs.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, our replacement policy applies.

6. Returns

Because the integrity of research materials depends on an unbroken chain of custody, we replace or refund rather than restock. The circumstances in which we do so, and the time limits, are set out in Shipping & Returns.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your authorisation. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its text, imagery, and branding are owned by BioHack Health or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Certificates of Analysis may be reproduced freely for research, regulatory and verification purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

Products are supplied without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the specification stated in the applicable Certificate of Analysis. Our verification extends to identity and purity of the batch, and nothing further.

To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from research outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We accept no liability whatever for any use of a product in or on the human or animal body, such use being expressly prohibited by these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when we confirmed it. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
